Terms of Service

1. Introduction and acceptance

By using Interiørlab (the “service”, “we”, “us”) you agree to these terms. If you do not use the service in line with the terms, your access may be limited or terminated.

2. Description of the service

Interiørlab is an AI-based service that lets you upload photos of rooms and preview your home in different interior styles. The service is intended as visual inspiration and does not replace professional interior advice.

3. User accounts

To use the service you create an account via Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Users must have the legal capacity to enter into agreements, or use the service together with a guardian.

4. Credits and payments

• Image generation consumes credits purchased through Stripe.
• Prices are shown including VAT.
• Credits fund AI processing and are non-refundable once consumed.
• If a generation fails, the credits are automatically returned.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other accounts.

5. Acceptable use

You will not:

• Upload content you are not entitled to use, or photos of others without consent.
• Use the service for unlawful, harmful or misleading purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent technical restrictions, reverse-engineer or clone the service.
• Use automated clients that place undue load on the service.

6. Intellectual property

You retain the rights to the photos you upload and grant us a limited license to process them in order to deliver the service. AI-generated images you create may be used freely for personal and commercial purposes, provided the source image is yours or you have the right to use it. Interiørlab’s trademarks, code and design remain our property.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties including Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting and storage), AI model providers via the Lovable AI Gateway, and Google Lens/SerpAPI for product search. Their terms and privacy notices govern the processing they perform.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties that AI outputs are accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. Generated images are illustrations, not a definitive design plan.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits during the last twelve months. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data or lost profits.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits are forfeited when a user deletes their account.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will first be sought resolved amicably; otherwise Oslo District Court is the agreed venue.

12. Changes

We may update the terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
